In progress right now is a very exciting project which set off from the Willow Globe last week. Our very own Juliet, Aimee Corbett, and Vanessa Hammick are walking from the Willow Globe to London on their hobby horses (in honour of the Mari Lwyd tradition). Along the way they are collecting stories and experiences which they will collate into a show to be performed here and at the Wyeside in October. They are already having a fantastic time, and are grateful for the kindness of the people they’re meeting along the way giving them food, shelter, support and helping them along their way. The Drawn to Stars project has received the first bursary from the Kate Taylor fund, in honour of our well-loved stage manager who passed away last year.
